Who we are

The goal of EDR Capital is to leverage the vast experience and success of our management team, founders and business partners to identify and develop high-yield value for our investors and clients. Through continued sound strategy, perseverance and business savvy, we aim to assist our investors and clients to sharpen their returns and well monitor their risk-reward balance within their investments in Europe and the US.

EDR Capital portfolio management team brings decades of real estate investment and management expertise, an established network of partners, best-in-class brokers and local property management affiliates and partners. By improving properties through lease extensions, tenant upgrades, asset improvements, divesting assets and continuous property refinancing, the management team has released trapped capital and deployed it effectively in other assets. EDR Capital and its partners, effectively strategise to maximise asset potential and provide optimal service to its clients.

EYAL RABINOVITZ

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Rabinovitz is the founder and managing partner of EDR Capital.

In his last position, and since 2009, Mr. Rabinovitz acted as the President and CEO of Delek Global Real Estate Group (DGRE), a previously LSE (AIM) listed real estate investment company with a £5.5 billion balance sheet. In his role in DGRE, Mr. Rabinovitz led numerous value creating real estate and financing cross-border transactions throughout Europe (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Germany, Finland etc.) and North America.

Before managing DGRE, Mr. Rabinovitz held a key role in the senior management of El-Ad Group, a private international real estate investment and development company, based in New York. The roles in which Mr. Rabinovitz entailed overseeing and managing the company’s international business development and he was profoundly involved in deals in Asia and the US with value of over $2.5 billion.

Prior to that, Mr. Rabinovitz gained significant and broad experience in various roles in Deutsche Bank NY, Price Waterhouse Coopers NY and Ernst and Young.

A certified public accountant, Mr. Rabinovitz holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and LL.B in Law from Tel-Aviv University as well as an MBA with honors from the University of New York.

GAL JAVETZ

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Javetz is Managing Director and the General Counsel of EDR Capital.

Prior to joining EDR Capital, Mr. Javetz acted as Vice President and General Counsel of Delek Global Real Estate Group (DGRE). During more than eight years of work in DGRE, Mr. Javetz gained extensive and diversified experience in the real estate, financing and international corporate and M&A fields, managing numerous complex transactions and projects.

Prior to joining DGRE, Mr. Javetz acted as Chief of Staff to the CEO of entrepreneurial ventures in the field of consumer electronics retail.

Prior to that, Mr. Javetz was an associate at Herzog, Fox, Neeman Law Firm focusing on fields of project finance and litigation.

Mr. Javetz holds the degrees of LLB in Law and a BA in Business Administration, both with honors, from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
